Job Site Checklist
These are the steps we take each and every appointment to ensure a great outcome.
A great outcome is defined as a happy client who will be using us again, leaving us a 5 Star Review on Google, and referring to their friends, family, and neighbors.
- Courtesy Call - Call or text every client on the way to the home. This shows our professionalism as well as begins building rapport with the client.
- Client Check-In - Check in with client to discuss scope of work.
- Find out WHY we are here today (what is their pain point?)
- Clearly state our 2 goals for the appointment
- To exceed your expectations with today’s cleaning
- To earn a 5-star review and referrals
- Point out any areas of pre-existing damage, seal failures, hard water stains, etc.
- Check In on ServiceMonster when arriving to the job
- Junior Tech should be setting up equipment and removing screens while Lead Tech is checking in.
- A Frame Sign should be set up next to truck during the job
- Hazard Assessment and Game Plan
- Lead Technician to assess job site and have a quick meeting with the crew to go over potential hazards and scope of work
- Before and After Pictures
- Be sure to take some before pictures prior to the cleaning, and some after pictures near the end of the cleaning
- Cleaning
- Perform the cleaning working from top to bottom. When performing multiple services stick to the following order - roof, inside gutters, siding, outside gutters, rinse walkways, and finally windows.
- For window cleaning - Lead Tech inside, Junior Tech outside, working from top to bottom. Junior Tech should start by cleaning screens so they are dry by the end of the job, then proceeding to exterior window cleaning.
- Walk-Around - Prior to checking out with Client the crew should do a walk-around to ensure the job is 100% complete. This is where we demonstrate excellence in the work we do.
- Ensure there is no debris left on ground or walkways
- All screens are back in windows, all floor mats back where they belong
- Furniture is back in its place, hoses neatly rolled up, everything looking better than when we arrived
- The pain point has been resolved
- Once you are confident in your work, invite the client to walk-around with you to show your work and discuss any areas of interest/concern
- Client Check-Out - Ensure the client is happy with our work and accept payment
