Script - Client Check In
Arrive at job site. Park on street. Be sure not to block driveway, mailboxes, trash cans, etc
Double check address to ensure you are at the correct house
If you must park in the driveway, be sure to mention it to the client shortly after introduction - “We had to park in the driveway, is that okay?” so that you aren’t blocking them in from leaving if they have somewhere to go
Knock on door or ring doorbell - hold off on ringing doorbell if you know the client has small children, they could be napping
Client opens door
“Hi, I’m Jordan with Mountain View Window Cleaning. We are here for your cleaning appointment. Looks like we have you down for window cleaning inside and out today. The first thing we normally do is go around and count up the windows and confirm the final price with you. Is it okay if I take a look around?
Client confirms
“Great, thanks! I’ll be right back. Oh, by the way, is your side gate open? Perfect, thanks!”
“Looks like you’ve got 30 windows. We have you down for inside and out which means we’re going to clean both sides of the glass, clean the screen with our screen cleaner, and wipe down the frames and the sills. That comes out to $540.”
Upsell Opportunity - “If you’d like to add on track detailing, we can do that for an additional $120.”
