“I promise I won’t take up much of your time. I wanted to give you a quick call as you are a VIP client of ours, we have some great promotions on right now for Spring cleaning. Would you be interested in getting a quote for our home makeover package?”

Client Reply

• If client is interested set up a time to come in person to get them a quote
• Qualify job on the phone, if you can quote on street view or past job notes, do that
• If client is NOT interested, ask them if they want a follow up call in the fall before the busy season.
• (Then tag this in CRM so that you have a list of clients to follow-up with before busy season)

If YES - Set Appointment
