Incoming Call Script

Following this script will ensure that appointments are high quality and that the prospects are qualified. These phone calls should be about 5-10 minutes and should be detailed enough to get basic information about what the prospect is looking for.

It’s important to keep in mind:

  1. Do not sound too robotic - This script is a guide and template, not to be read off word by word
  2. Be friendly on the phone and build rapport at the beginning. Humor is a good thing!
  3. Talk slow, confirm details especially when it comes to numbers and letters in home addresses & email addresses
